Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

You will be notified of any delays due to a high volume of orders or due to delays from shipping carriers.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders via USPS (5-8 business days).

Local Delivery & In-store pickup

Local delivery and in-store pickup is currently not available.

International Shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jivamorelife@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. All items are final sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days) at jivamorelife@gmail.com if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If we find that the artwork was damaged in transit, we will endeavor to replace the piece of work. In the event that we are unable to replace it, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable).
